One Equine of coz , walk in front = banks like Maybank , CIMB got MrDiy and grocery shops thn walk behind = AEON mall , walk beside = Starbucks .
Full of makan choice if u r Chinese .

Go Pavilian bukit jalil via Puncak jalil can reach in 15mins , the route wont jam .
Go IOI putrajaya 20mins

Heavy traffic? I dont think it is heavier thn Puchong , Subang , PJ , Old Klang road , Cheras those places .
Depend on where u want to go from Equine Park , ez access to MEX highway can go to kl center .
BTW i stay in Equine Park too .

High density but i dont think all buyers will stay there , example their VPed Equine Residence merely 30-40% occupancy .
I always went to opposite AEON area makan , the traffic is smooth. Developer build quality nowadays is like jackpot , even branded pun will hv issue but not serious1 like water leaking , crack thn shd be ok .
