You think of cost laying short wire from old point to new point only but you didn't think of how many trips to TNB of and how many times need to follow up with your application. I can't said expensive or cheap but there is more work behind the scene work than the work done at your house only and the behind the scene total work hour is more than the hour of work done is your house.
