Investment 2nd secondhand car dealer land in Taman Megah

After the completion of Megah Rise in Taman Megah, it’s kinda hype as more influx of outsiders coming over SS24 Taman Megah to fix their craving, friends gathering etc.
Normally I have my mixed rice fixed at the corner store in the front row of shops in Taman Megah facing the LDP highway. A decent plot of land facing LDP highway that’s currently used as second hand car dealer seems to be quite interesting.
From internet, so far couldn’t get any data’s on who’s the land owners. Would be an interesting development coming in Taman Megah after Megah Rise?
Time will tell!!

Honestly would rather not have any development on the land. PJ already so congested and LDP is jam throughout the day even on weekends. Residents will have to move out of PJ to enjoy peace and quiet

Future development will eventually come and personally think that doesn’t only applies to PJ itself. All KV area nowadays also congested with no of car ownership by Malaysian. Many second hand car dealer land eventually get acquired by developer. Just the matter of time. After all, it’s not up to us to decide whether want to develop or not…it’s the commercial Value behind it that drives whether developer want to develop or not. As long it’s not mega development like M series in Cheras. I guess should be fine. Apparently PJ residents who are the majority one purchasing the new condos in PJ strategic communities. How is megah rise anyway? Premium price, and premium rental? Really kesian those houses around there- Especially the row right opposite > having condo staring at your master bed room isnt nice.

Tbh I don’t think can straight see your master bedroom with naked eyes. The lowest unit in Megah rise is level 9…can only see roof sometimes not even roof at eye level. Unless you purposely go and sneak the landed neighbours AHAHA 🤣.

It’s more on the feeling of getting peep/ monitored than ppl actually peeping at you. We will find every single small plot... and develop them- until everyone is suffocated eh.

That’s the sad part of developments. But the good part is more people are able to enjoy the convenience and accessibility this community has to offer. That’s also the charm of properties development.
