 IPO scam? QMS TBS pre-IPO USD 9.00, NEED SIFU HELP TO VERIFY

Hi, a bit of context, my friends & family here in Kuching got invited to invest in the Pre-IPO for QMIS TBS CAPITAL GROUP CORPORATION.

Buy pre-IPO lot at USD 9.00, guarantee sell by broker at USD 25 on opening day.
I hear also think what lj scam is this but need more info to shoot down friend and family delusion.

I go google QMIS, the first link on google is about "Unauthorized service provider representatives":

Any sifu here in /k face this QMIS before? The TS in finance section got sus-ed.

the logic is pretty simple, if one can buy at usd9 and guarantee sell at usd25, why he/she doesnt take this good profit himself???

if there is a guaranteed profit of buying at USD9 and selling at USD25, why would they pass on the opportunity to others?
