Sell slowly within 1-2 years it should be no problem ba.....m nova I don't know how are sales going lah but I heard that tower A 90% take up rate....offcours kepong area is not as "hot area" incomparable with like Bukit Jalil, subang area once launch new projects were snapped up less than a year.

But this area considered mature already all within walking disctane food, grocery, public transport and one for the famous park in KL if compare with surrounding project like kiara Bay that one really overpriced beyond what most kaptong locals can afford.... this more reasonable

But density for this area really a ngithmare but there are good and bad

Once that commercial shop is done...you won't not able to image how worst for the traffic

This project seem so hot... Showroom haven't completed have been booked up to 80 percent 😂
