Taman Saga Bentong and Taman Saga Ampang, Cheras


, the Group launched in June 1999 the

Taman Desa Kempas , Johor Bahru project

comprising a total of 600 units of low-cost houses, 23 units of low-cost shops and 565 units of medium cost apartments with a project value of RM64 million.



On 2 July 1999, the Group entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to undertake the development of a housing and commercial property project on 261 acres in the


Mukim of Plentong, within the city limit of Johor Bharu.


This project will be launched soon and fully completed in a couple of years with a total development value of RM804 million.


Furthermore, a few more projects in the pipeline that are ready for implementation include amongst others one in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur and another in Senai, Johor.



These projects will keep the Property Division active for a few years ahead.


The Shopping Complex on Lot 1 in the Johor Bahru Waterfront City was completed and will soon be opened for business.

I've been there only once when it was opened, not a lot of shops even then, and then just dead for years.
