diff coolant has diff spec n mixture, i've been using green coólant with all aluminum radiator for the past 15 years or so and so far didn't encounter any issue. i use nissan green coolant

only the blue coolant cause blue colored like leaking especialy around hose joints, looks like leaking but its not.

i've stayed away from red coolant since 2006.

Yes can, just never mix two different types of coolant, mix old and new.

First of all, what car your driving. Buy back your original car coolant if you want less problem. Seen a lot of people mixing or use different type of coolant and after just 1-2 years start complaining about leaking, water pump noise, hose crack or expend too much...
Car manufacturer define different coolant color & grade to match their engine requirements, unless you know what coolant your buying if no better just buy back your car brand original coolant.

Use back your car brand is safest. Or at least find out what type of coolant your car required like oat, iat, hoat and etc.

I've used it in my fiat, proton and perodua...all got that rust-like dust in the radiator...but maybe because they all got cast iron blocks, I don't know if it will be the same for newer cars with aluminium blocks, but I never try putting in red coolant in my new vitara since I didn't buy red coolant for a very long time.
