There is a YouTube cooking channel (westerner), he changed from non-gas hob to gas hob. Just saying.
I use gas hob and another single zone induction cooker for boiling (good for steamboat and soup). Gas hob is just more versatile, fit all cookware, wok and flat bottom. Better nuance control of heat level. In my opinion, if you are serious in cooking then get a gas hob. |
