Hey guys,

I'm keen on buying a terrace unit of Eufala 2 by Seri Pajam in Nilai.
However, the only units that are not facing another house is beside the huge high rise water tank.

So want to know what are the cons and should I opt for another unit?

Cons u got a huge mega eyesore every morning u open your door to get fresh air

i wont want that view

i rather see my neighbour face than seeing water tank which will get uglier over time due to poor maintenance

can be a big dealbreaker later for new owners wanting to buy your house

however if for ownstay forever then pass to kids no issue as long as u like it

feng shui say no good to be beside tall water tank

If water tank located on slope or small hill, then need to consider of landslide risk. The tank itself is huge load on slope but should be considered when they built the tank. But if there is extremely small leak from pipe coming from tank, it will be hard to detect and the slope will be really prone to fail if leaked water is accumulated inside soil.

Most of the time, the road is located between water tank and your house. This will give space that if slope failure happened, your house will be safe.
If the tank is just beside the house, then think carefully.

not sure about Feng shui, but it is not a good slight...

it is more of psycologically > we will fear will it crack/collapse. this is like 24-7 even when we sleep. In actually fact- am sure it is very steady and not heard of any case of such, but it will still affect us mentally.

some people, even they see a tree which is shape in sharp in front of the house, they also pantang wanna chop it done. > as it look like spear.

If you got a lot of cars, you don't have to fight neighbour for parking space. Heck, you can even put garage there

Agree with the views here, big no-no, will regret in future, both in terms of your own stay view and in terms of sellability.

I think I'll pass if i were you. Simply because of safety factor.

For me, I wouldn't be considered.

However, if you really like and feel that the water tank is not a big issue, you could consider, as long as you like.

water tank is always better than tnb sub station.

you have doubt..thats why you ask it here...so meaing you are not 100% sure.

so, better skip it, no need other people to convince you to buy or not to buy.
