There are plenty of job portals about, from the usual Jobstreet, LinkedIn, GlassDoor, Hiredly and more. Each of them tend to have their own unique market reach as well so best to survey the type of jobs that are posted there to see.

At the end of the day, ensure that there is a place for potential candidates to submit in their resumes as when you create content on social media, it has to guide the candidates somewhere to apply.
