Hi wanted to ask if I apply for a job first time I didn't put in my current company in my cv because I just joined few months but I apply for the same job a year later with the current company in the cv will that affect my opportunity as there is changes in my cv?

Companies generally do background checks. I would suggest be honest and keep your cv up to date.
If there is stuff found out that you just chose not to mention or include, yes, potential opportunity may be affected.
Please also work on posing questions clearly. Your actual question is unclear. Maybe just me though.

Maybe just me though. think not so much for entry level. they usually do comprehensive background checks for those in managerial level and key risky positions such as finance
