 Buy Prop Under Individual or Company?, Which one better?

Hi Guys,

I am buying a house around RM5mil. I am not sure should I buy under company or individual. Both, individual and company are able to purchase the said house based on DSR. I just thinking which one should I go which benefit me in the future. The company is also 100% own by me. So no big deal on the ownership later.

What do you guys think?

Buy under personal , company hard to get 80% loan

Consult your accountant , maybe can give back house allowance out , anyhow will still kena tax

Well, TS mentioned DSR no issue and I assume getting a loan is not a big problem.

If you are to buy it under company, make sure you have a very (and I mean VERY) good accounting filed. I'm very sure LHDN will pay u a good visit when you purchase 5mil house under company.

Next will be the rental income if applicable. You'll be paying 2 kind of "tax".

If can buy 5 mil property, i believe you can afford professional advise from lawyers and accountants. you want pro advise, i can reccomend.

I agreed. And furthermore buying under individual can get better loan margin, if under company might be lesser.
Maybe you can consult your finance or accountant.

Personally better under personal even if u can buy under company name...

Less headache & complications later on...

But since u can afford 5mil property.... Money is non issues I guess... Your choice
