i initiated a refund/return request. it was approved. now going the stage o returning the item. However, i am not sure if i will really get back the refund after i return the item.
ive tried returning few products to shopee previously, as long as your request is backed up with proper evidence (photos/videos), they will refund accordingly if it is not shopee mall, and i happened to buy a fake item. is it easy to get a refund?

just a bit troublesome have to drop the item to courier and pay shipping fee to shopee's warehouse
