Hi all, first time posting over here.

Recently I'm planning to buy a monitor as I'm also planning to buy PS5 too. Not going for a TV as I'm renting room outside.
Any good recommendation for the following:

- 4K / UHD
- High refresh rate (>60Hz)
- HDMI 2.1
- Preferably curved

I'm looking into Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 (G75 - LS32BG752NEXXS), which cost around RM5399 in Samsung official website
but it seems like there are some bad comment over it. hmm.gif

Renting room doesn't means cannot have TV. You can get around 48".

I don't think there's a good tv with high refresh rate at that budget. Monitor still possible.

LG C2, LG C3 is well known great and even though it is 120hz only but it is enough for most user as even RTX 4090 only can draw up to around 130fps only for latest AAA titles games.
The Neo G7 is a price kind of closed to OLED.

The only issue is Malaysia only have 48" and no 42" and 48" is some how not size I want, but for PS5 is ok as you no need seat that closed compare with PC usage.

I stand corrected then. Last I checked the price were all above 5k. C2 is a really good choice. Great HDR, 120Hz panel and support HDMI 2.1 too. It is not curved but it is overall a better TV.

Buy a good one even though they can be a little expensive, but they last long and you can really enjoy it in the long term.

Can I change the title to worst monitor for PS5. 😅

Beside 1st one that Sony Inzone M9, most the recommended best monitor for PS5 is not best as most not support HDR or poor HDR performance.

And that Sony Inzone M9 is not selling at Malaysia and it aren't cheap.

Sony M9 II 4K FALD 27" 160Hz monitor review

So how? Good buy for the upcoming PS5 Pro?
wondering how much this will be? sweat.gif

FALD is the same as Mini LED tech is it?

I prefer Mini LED > OLED as OLED still has that dreaded Burn in issue even though got burn in warranty.

You can refer to its predecessor M9. Basically the same thing, with some improvement.

However, M9 was not released in Malaysia. So it's safe to asssume that the M9 II will not be released in Malaysia as well.
