 Property below 400k in Klang valley

I am a 40 year old man and has budget of 400k for a property..
Any recommendation here?

My preference:

a. Can be subsale or new property but I prefer to move in in one year
b. Chinese majority area as I prefer Chinese food
c. Not near highway or power grid
d. It should be located in Klang valley or not too far from my work place. I work in PJ now but may relocate to KL.
e. Condo / apartment
f. Can pay by cash so lelong property can be considered

There are so many choices and I am so confused.
Your recommendation is appreciated. Thank you

Will come handy to state the workplace or preferred location, whether only new / undercon or subsale / auction is acceptable? Also the critical features / requirement otherwise will be never ending recommendation which will further confuse you

Landed choices not within Klang Valley.

380K can consider Condo Akasia Bukit Jalil, LH, ready to move in by October

Completed project maybe still got some units available

Simple answer: Look for Mah Sing products, especially the M-Series, then watch iherng's videos on Youtube reviewing the M-Series apartments, sure tempted to buy immediately biggrin.gif

If u dont mind smaller apartment can go for Ara Damansara

Very crowded, 845sqft seems a bit small but manageable
