Hi all SAMM buyers and potential buyers.
I would like to gather some feedbacks on your pov of SAMM's purchase.
1) Main reason of getting SAMM
2) What's long term plan? Keep or sell?
3) Getting as a secondary property?

Please be reminded that there is a selling clause. Even after 5 years, you need to get permission to sell, the buyer needs to be in 15k cap salary of harga pasaran is below 300k. If above 300k no salary cap. But all the process need to go through LPHS.

Samm can buy as secondary oh.. but only other types can't, has to be 1st home.

i bought 500k property  10 years ago...and it appreciate 2x.... i bought another few properties to invest and they generating passive income for me... over the years...my tenants help me to pay mortgages... this is how we hedge inflation...

Actually after starting this thread and reading few inputs it helped me to take a decision. I decided to pull out from samm due to few factors such as opr rates, uncertainty of samm app value, and I would want to use my capital in something else in upcoming years. Also I was watching a good YouTube channel for more knowledge on properties and financing.
