Hi all SAMM buyers and potential buyers. I would like to gather some feedbacks on your pov of SAMM's purchase. 1) Main reason of getting SAMM 2) What's long term plan? Keep or sell? 3) Getting as a secondary property? Please be reminded that there is a selling clause. Even after 5 years, you need to get permission to sell, the buyer needs to be in 15k cap salary of harga pasaran is below 300k. If above 300k no salary cap.
