Any of you guys know of any decent walk in gyms in PJ, TTDI, Damansara or Mont Kiara? Within a RM 50 per entry range.
My previous gym got wound up, so I've been working out in my condo gym for a couple weeks. It's a bit small, but the basic equipment I need for my workout are available there.
However, I do occasionally need to use stuff like barbells, cable machines and rowing machines, which are unavailable in my gym, and they have limited benches. Currently opting to continue working out in my condo gym due to time constraints, but am considering walk in gyms on days where I have a bit more free time.

QUOTE(EX Unseen Forces @ Jun 30 2023, 12:59 PM) But does Alex allow for walk in? Many, many years ago, more than a decade, whenever I was back in KL on semester break, I used to go to this walk in gym, same row as Alex, called Our Gym, Upstairs of Nasi kandar Pelita. I think the rates were like RM10 per hour. But it doesn't have proper shower facilities.
