Property 1, 2 and 3 are all paid for, all titles in hand

currently each property titles are equally shared among 3 siblings A, B and C

So now wanna to let
A to have full 100% ownership of property 1,
B to have property 2, and
C to have property 3

So need lawyer, right?

what other fees that need to pay beside the lawyers' fee?  MOT?

and any idea on roughly how much are those?
