Ok, i got a fren who ask me to search 4 him 4 a kingston 1gb ddr2 533mhz ram 1 piece. so i browse this forum n found a seller and pm him asking how much is the current price 4 it. he replied n give a price 2 me. then i ask if add postage how much, then he replied add rm10. i agreed on the price. then he ask me pm him after i've made the bankin. I have bankin the money, n pm him the info bout my shipping address. Then he reply said can he change it to corsair brand ram which according to him is a higher perfomance than the kingston. i ask the spec n he giv me following spec :

VS1GSDS667D2 PC2-5300 1GB 5-5-5-15 200pin SODIMM

Then i said to him i am not looking 4 the Sodimm ram, im looking 4 desktop ram. Then he said now there is no market 4 ddr2 533mhz rams as it was replaced by ddr667. I was aware of that too long time ago, but according to his thread it does have ddr2 533mhz. Then i ask y in the 1st place u said u have it n asking me to bankin the money !! Then i reply asking if dont have plz refund. I check his profile n he is online but still no reply to me. I ask him plz return my money also no reply but ive check his profile n he is online. Then finally he reply to me said my ram will be sent today (19/10/07). I replied let me noe if he have sent the item or not together with the tracking no if he have sent it.

So today i m still waiting 4 his replies even though i have check he is online yet no pm still received by him. In my opinion, the seller is trying to hold my money n still wan find the ram. The thing is, i need the ram by next week, bcoz 1st, its my fren's demand, 2nd, i can get the ram from elsewhere n if this seller really post it today then its no problem. I just scared he delayed it simply bcoz he is trying to find the ram 4 his business.

Just wanted an opinion from u guys what should i do as i have to deliver the ram to my fren by next week..

edit - i do not want to reveal the identity of the seller n don ask me. i just wanted an opinion only.
