Wow kudos to UOB so far seamless. Worried got go bank branch get login for online app. Manage sign up this evening, hope app update charges real-time like Citi app.

Managed to do payment this morning via cimbclicks to uob. Deleted old citi favorite payment & replace with new one. Immediately got an sms that payment for $xx is successful. But it did not reflect in the UOB app straight away unlike Citi app.

Bad timing but decided to try redeem rewards. TNG voucher only, a few to topup Steam subs. Received sms that says e-mailed already but until now nothing. How long to wait? I got screenshot of redemption with my correct e-mail address. Nothing in spam/junk/trash ofc. Anyone have experience previously with redemption of uringgit/rewards points voucher? Is it merely slow so just gotta wait?
