20 years with citibank having 2 cards , always get to waive annual fees,every year, but need to call them.

Yeah same here, i called citi cs..the cs said only can do so on 17th onwards..so will wait another 4 days to see if we are able to register online or not

I received the letter explaining every detail of the migration process, to do list after the process etc
