troubleshoot ceiling light, few consecutive led tubes not lighting

As u can see the green section highlighted in the photo has no light (consist of few led tubes connected to one another). Is it caused by the faulty led tube in the middle (highlighted in red)? or the remaining led tubes should work as usual even there is faulty led tube in the middle?

if it's T5 and connected in series, most likely the red one is spoilt and stopping the power supply to the downstream lights.
can just try to remove the red one and join the remaining ones to see if they are still ok |
