Buy phone cheap. But can you confirm the app will run on phone without SIM card with only Wi-Fi? If it doesn't, thats another RM360 annually on top of phone price.

They're going to lose many faithful customers after this.

All cannot access anymore but funny thing is that their Singapore version all still supports Android 8/9.

Why the banks making it so inconvenient to their users? You say security then why their Singaporean branches overseas still adopt older versions and still consider their app safe?

Not all Malaysians can afford to change phones all the time and what is wrong with supporting older Android 8/9? You expect people just to change phones and accommodate your demands?

For one bank which I don't want to mention, went the extra  miles by making customer life difficult by implementing transaction cooling-off period. Fund transfer to recent saved favorite account was flagged as abnormal by their algorithm and required further verification. Also, own FD redemption to own saving account also need approval by Secure TAC.
