Coronation Square, a project with a proposed skybridge walkway to Bukit Chargar RTS station, the future fast track commuting system to Sg with direct link up to Sg MRT system. Is it worth investing?

Rule of thumb, if skybridge not materialize is't still walkable under decent condition and how faraway secondary what the premium for this project compare to other?

There were a few units listed for as low as less than RM400 psf (may be a bait). Not sure how the RTS located in Bukit Chagar going to affect the attractiveness of the 2 developments. If immigration clearance for RTS commuter is done at Bukit Chagar, then Coronade Residence will be nearer. |
