Browsing adult website is illegal in Malaysia?, even the "history" deleted?

may i know owning porn movies or surfing porn website is it illegal in Malaysia? let say i use "Inconigto" mode to surf, would the police know/tracked it and charge it against me even if history deleted?
how to prevent being caught if i did browse those website or have porn in my HP should i detained by police? can they charged me based on deleted porn but recovered by their recovery software ??? any sifu please enlightening me...  |

Police won't bother using recovery method on your deleted drives unless you are being investigated and charged for more serious sex offence.

nak bukak...bukak je...just a rule of thumb dont be going and open child prawn la....these type of thing u can be in serious trouble...this is a serious note...be warned...other prawn police or MCMC dont give a fak la u open or not....if they give a pak...they already ask provider to block eventough u use other dns.... I think laws were not specific on watching porn (thus no one was charged for watching porn... YET) but if porn is found IN your phone (i.e. you downloaded it), then you'll be charged. Worse still if you record your love making with your partner... then you'll be charged with PRODUCING porn  Modasatan liked this post

What incognito did is not saving your browser history of the site you browsed using the mode. But if you downloaded something using the incognito mode, the downloaded file will not be deleted. Also, it doesn't stop ISP from recording your usage 😬 |

deleted file or file history can be recovered. takes a bit more wirk to fully delete without possibility of recovery.
incognito doesnt work. ISP still can track. |

Just say you were browsing /k and suddenly got this topic about adult website, then like some sort of curse, your ads suddenly started showing adult websites and sometimes you accidentally clicked on it because the ads and actual contents totally different.

Actually Malaysia ISP do track which website you had visit, you need to use VPN like sharkVPN to hide the url you visit to

If you are afraid that storing porn content is illegal, maybe you should avoid that. Nowadays, there is a lot of erotic content on the internet, and most of it is free. In your case, you can watch it online rather than keeping it on your computer. If you have trouble finding a suitable one, I recommend you check this chaturbate review website.
