Regarding plaster ceiling, are you guys concern about the long term health issues it poses?

Concerns I heard are the plaster ceiling has small fine particles dropping over time and we breathe the fine particles in everyday.

Not sure whether  to install plaster ceiling or not in my new condo...dilemma
