I think most of us that with family commitment have the same issue. Have lost passion and hard to get the "ohm".

Now step in 9 years in the same company, have been struggling few times and try to find the passion i looking for. However, the company management have their own plan.

I can't change/control others, but i can made changes on myself. This year, I have try setup different plan such as pickup the sport passion and look for new opportunity.
