Huh...so young....long way to go....

. I'm 50+... and exploring my next level of growth and new area of development ... going to enjoy my peak at the last few years of productive age....

Quite a few factors or I say drivers....

At this age, usually its the peak or at least continue to ascend higher than before...

At this stage, you get to be many thing.. talent builders/creators ie develop younger new talent, you be amaze as much as we old dog.. they are many things you can impart to the younger folks... age is indeed wisdom

I get to create a legacy after my departure ... make a difference in those young minds, so they can surpass you. I wish to have such mentor in my younger years

I thrive in crisis, so I like conflict management... and go after outcome based approach minus the emotional side of things. Its liberating when you able to develop working structure when people put in passion and turn the emotion into a positivity instead of churning in bickering and whining.

The outcome is very rewarding to me and drive me towards another initiative....

Of course income level is also peaking and hopefully continue to scale higher... so thats another driver...

I can go on. Having said that I did have burnt out but at much earlier part of my career...and I left my last job after 22 yrs doing 5-6 different roles in the same company but across different organisation at different roles/functions. Great for me not to lose seniority while changing job essentially.

At 50 I decided to change job as another stage of life milestone. The push and pull factors coincide, and I left for a new place. I don't mind another spurt if opportunity present itself....
