Condition of the tyre - stored in cool, dry place, away from heat source and sunlight. Never been used before. Surface of tyre is ok, no scrubs. No crack, no oxidation, no hardening. At most just signs of storage over those years.

Any street or road tyres, any applicable discounts, or any other factor that you can think of.
Basically, the only thing wrong is the manufacturing date.
Bottom line, you would fit that tyre, and use it like normal.

Don't know about the oldest tire I'd be willing to use.

I bought one new Indo tyre 3 years old still in wrapping. Used till wearbars .Didn't feel any different from the same 6mth old tyre of the same make and model I replaced it with. The only difference is the newer tyre smells more "new".
