What is the Team lead/assistant manager/Manager band in Standard Chartered Bank?


got interview this coming friday and ask about thee band with HR but they all are based on india n seem a bit confuse with the band grade in Malaysia

so wan to ask here

Band 9A is Team lead?
Band 8B/8A is Associate manager or Assistant manager?

correct?

Team leader and assistance manager should be Band 8A/8B

Band 9 is Senior Officer

How about Senior Analyst

im currently Dev Lead mostly handling projects
celery 10k pretax.

What's the working culture there like? Seems offer for Vice President - Product Specialist is gooding (VP kinda sounds very common in banks/bank related companies), but appreciate inputs.
