This is for treating the symptoms, the best cure is still ur own immune system.

Lozenges treat symptoms - makes you feel better

Effective cures would be:
1. Gargle salt water/mouth wash in your throat
2. Antibiotics (if you really must use them)

I suggest you buy a bottle of Listerine to goggle when your throat feel pain and start to restrict from eating fried/ oily/ spicy food for one week.

Sore throat is one of the symptom, tested ?

I normally take Manuka Honey for sore throat even when positive for Covid.

So few 6 pieces only?
