JMB/MC is not in the wrong. The common properties are meant to be shared & enjoyed by all. The moment the parcel owner uses the common property as their own usage, that will defect the purpose of the common property to be shared & used by the visitors.

Hence, the argument why the owner cannot park at the visitor car parks are totally invalid & should not surface in the first place.

You just need to rent a valid car park lot from the management instead of abusing the visitor carparks.
