 Not receiving SMS from Microsoft, Lines on different telcos

Guys,

When I tried to link my phone number with my Microsoft account, I was asked to enter a code that would be sent via SMS.
However, I didn't receive any SMS.

The issue is occurring on Celcom, onexox, Yes 5G and U Mobile.

I wonder if anyone else is facing the same issue?

Edit: Previously, I did not get SMS from Google as well.
After some trial and error, I found that the cause might be my number being newly MNP.
I tried only Celcom when I was creating the thread.
I have since verified that SMS from Google works for at least onexox and Yes 5G.
The issue with Microsoft persists.

actually microsoft just stopped to send SMS to us for 2FA few weeks ago. actually there was list of country also affected. Contacted microsoft support and only know email and authenticator is only way for 2FA for outlook ( personal ya, not enterprise)

im not sure if this happen due to recent SKMM initiative to combat spam and scam via sms
