 Need advice - palm spring, security problem

HI everybody,

Anyone here stay at palm spring @ kota damansara?
I wish to buy a property there for my own family stay, not for investment purpose.
Is there worth to buy? any security problem there?

Last time i hear security guard and management very bad, not sure nowadays.

Pls help...thanks

The only drawback that I heard is the ceiling height very low. Security wise, no idea.

For own stay, as long as you like it, then it should be worth it.

How much is the asking price for Palm Spring nowadays?

Only one cover car park is included...extra car park rental is RM 150

black black face everyday, no point to buy there and see their face.
I like the condo there, just not know the security there good or not. Hear too many bad news from there since last year..

market price should be around RM 175K - RM 250K, depend on the renovation and sq ft.

check out puncak damansara, or if you can strecth your budget a bit more, get a 850sqf Casa damansara unit wink.gif

palm spring RM 190K can get 1259sq ft...that why i think there...

the only thing I can say is..............good things doesnt come cheap............and there a good reason why a property is cheap and lacking capital gains even after few years.

Anyway, my view is that Casa is the better buy, and there is no better time to get a unit than now.

Alternatively, u can check out D'Rimba at Sec 11 Kota D.
