Service more or less same as Grab, pricing wise mostly cheaper, but sometimes a bit more expensive. In terms of cars, generally is ok but once in a while you might get older cars. Downside is that driver can decide to cancel if they do not want the job. Payment only in cash.
This is my experience in Sarawak. You can download and try it out in your area.

mostly grab , only twice with airasia ride ... not so many air asia ride pilot , sorry a driver around my area , but so far okey

Mostly use Grab for city commute because they got a lot of drivers and Auto-Accept. Use AirAsia Ride for airport transfer because they are cheaper than Grab and a lot of their drivers will gladly accept airport jobs.
