What’s the problem. I think most of the flyovers & interchange already completed just need to connect the dots so to speak. ELITE & Seremban highway are just too overcapacity we need a reliable passage straight to KLIA.

toll concessions is a gold mine, gurentied untung deal with terms so secretive they need to be classified as secret under OSA

it really takes a lot of talent to sink a gold mine but some ppl still manages to do it

u gotta tabik and hats off to these ppl

no money,might as well jv with another company sell some share so project can run and complete. for future toll collection can offer a cut to the venture company

Maju was just ngam ngam financially before MCO,
Overleveraged before that for MEX2 expecting mex toll collection is enough
During MCO close to zero revenue from toll, so went into red, institutions refused to cont giving them money
