
Pros:
01. Walking distance to Lotus, literally right across the street.
02. Surrounded by commercial areas. (Dataran Ara Damansara, Taipan Damansara, Oasis, Citta Mall). Not highest of quality but still decent where you can get almost everything.
03. Very near to Subang Airport without any jam too as you are going against the flow of traffic. (Good for airline staffs, engineers that work at Subang Airport or Pekan Subang Industrial area)
Cons:
01. Bottleneck traffic in and out of Subang or PJ. (NKVE Subang Toll, Tropicana Junction Road, Connection to Federal Highway all are crazy bottlenecks during peak hours, really good luck)
02. Low cost apartment is directly behind the development. (Safety issue and notorios parking anyhow attitude at low cost apart. are not a good sight at all)
03. Subang Airport the runway itself is just 2km away. (For now maybe small aircraft, so as long H2O owners not complaining should not be too big of an issue. but remember there is a new development plan for Subang Airport which might increase the number of aircraft and size too something to take note of)
Without looking at the layout and price above is a brief pros and cons i guess.
