Yup you are right, just that no more queueing, can walk in to the sales room, if you find a available unit that you like, then agent will generate the booking link for you to buy the unit on the spot. Payment will be online as well.

yes, but others are commercial titled.

the better units (eg, premium block, facilities facing, bigger units) is around 700++ psf which is still pretty reasonable from a renowned developer. Definitely cheaper psf than similar development like Cantara (i guess the flipside is Cantara may have more facilities)

Agent mentioned tower C will only launch in approx 6-8 months time. I guess it's to clear tower A and B first which is at 85% take up rate.
