More then 600 people I think. the cost of operation is higher after increase basic salary to 1500, Thailand and China operation is lower because of government support, and the electricity tarif is higher for business, etc. Government makmur tax during good time but now bad time no one care to give help.

Yeah. Mid managers are the most dispensable ones. You only need c-level (for money matters), exec/engineer and blue collar workers to operate.

Execs and Engineers are Mid Level Management la.

Chief Execs, VPs and Senior Managers are top managements while lower end positions are the non exec laborers/supervisors.

Anything in between are Mid level management positions.

Exec are execs la. Mid level management are anything between c-level (chief xxx officer) and execs.

Execs are mid level management that's why those who were mostly laid off recently by FAANG and MAAMA mostly were managers and engineers.

Usually the top management will ask these guys to do their dirty work of monitoring and supervising the non execs.
