Anyone experience digi unable to connect internet in JB area?
No internet access all the time and very awkward if I want to make payment using e-wallet.
I have make a complaint and Digi support said it was due to high number of users connected.

WTH man.... Thinking to port out but i still have Rm180 in digi wallet.

I kena a few times too. Just switch on/off flight mode a few times, usually can help.

Sometime the tower get congested when there's too many people using the same tower

It's like your home router la, you subscribed to only 100 Mbps. Let say if 50 people come use your home wifi each person get 2mpbs only. Even if their bar all full because they sit near the router but at most speed they get limited to 2mpbs only..

Imagine if 200 people come, speed will drop to 512 kpbs

Last few months experience only 3 bar hardly 4 bar (full), but network all functions as usual. Current month went up to 4 bar, all function OK.

This is some “dead” spot where the signals are blocked by buildings or what not.

That’s why u get illusion of full bar signal but not useable.

I dont think is dead spot... I am in JB town area, near city square mall and custom to sg, nearly cannot use internet or very slow.
