Yes im using 5g device. The line is good with full bar, just that there is no internet connection in jb area due to "too many users connected" according to digi support reply.

It's like your home router la,  you subscribed to only 100 Mbps. Let say if 50 people come use your home wifi each person get 2mpbs only. Even if their bar all full because they sit near the router but at most speed they get limited to 2mpbs only..

Imagine if 200 people come, speed will drop to 512 kpbs

this is exactly why 5G existed
5G can actually replace multiple 4G tower at once(in terms of speed)

this is like back when we have streamyx....whole pipeline congested, thn we got unifi fiber

if u using iphone, full bars usually means fk-up. 3 bars has the best performance.

operators dont care about you lah...
in this case they sleepin on the job.. not studying the traffic .

they can do a few quick fix.
they can always push your connection to celcom .

Reboot phone now back on 4G

Last few months experience only 3 bar hardly 4 bar (full), but network all functions as usual. Current month went up to 4 bar, all function OK.
