Hi sifus, I'm looking to seriously train up ONLY my forearm / arm / wrist etc, anything that is in my arm, so I'm thinking of getting adjustable dumbbells but not sure which brand is best to get with good decent quality.
Anyone can recommend me which adjustable dumbbells to get ? There's virtually unlimited in Shopee but not sure which is actually good. |

Tumpang thread.
Looking for affordable weights. The water bottle with sands is a good idea but not enough resistance. Gas tong is highly flammable, would not risk it. |

Bowflex types, 24kg each side. Going at about RM500 per pair. Can get pre-owned ones too
