it could be my phone global font settings that I set to 150%, but that settings was done a long time ago, not sure why the bug only manifest now

For you the bug reappear recently? I wonder if it could be chrome updating. My apps all set to auto update.

Happened to me also. Need to zoom out to 95% in order to see the notification panel.

Don use too large zooming, notice many ppl like to use large zooming
Increase font size

I have tried to increase font size. But it seems like lowyat.net overwrite the font settings.

Maybe not all browser same?
