QUOTE(masz94 @ May 20 2012, 05:48 AM) It being a Honda... Of course... Very smooth & silent engine... thks for the feedback ... Honda old bikes, I rode 600 F2, 919, 929, CBX750, Goldwing 1100 all have very good engine..... Super smooth... 954, the last bike before Honda fixed their flagship SBK name as 1000RR... For me, as the 929 is a very good bike, I think 954 should be better... It just that, interms of power, today's big boys eclipsed it... But still, it is a very capable & fast bike... Jap's for me.... Honda anytime... |

R6 is significant taller than most sports bike but it's just a matter of getting use to it.
I've seen a couple of R6 riders when Hot Bike organize a riding trip to Grik some months ago. |

eventually getting use to your bike is the main priority before you go full throttle cause it's you controlling it not vice versa ...... my motto is know your limit.

[quote=kucinggemok,Jun 11 2012, 06:16 AM]For the purpose of knowledge, I would like to ask below questions :
1. What is the purpose of lubricating your bike chain? 2. When do you lube your chain? e.g. per 100 KM 3. How do you determine with your naked eyes, that the chain is to be lubricated? (Same as Q2. Hehe) 4. What brand do you use? - I use Motorex Chain Lube, my friend suggest Silkolene 5. How do you lube your chain? 6. Is there any difference between a standard chain and a D.I.D gold chain ? Thanks! tried silkolene - fling Motul - fling Bel Ray Non Fling ; very good. This post has been edited by vtec_turbo63: Jun 11 2012, 09:53 AM |

QUOTE(qqmeng @ Jun 11 2012, 12:35 PM) first things first ... frame slider or any other protective matter on the bike. If you're a first timer pls get use to the bike before full throttling or taking sharp corners fast and if possible change to a better performance tyre. |

QUOTE(phobian @ Jun 13 2012, 03:43 PM) The only authorised distributor for Arai goes by the name of Hung Hing Co. what's the price they selling there ... ?? They have lots of Arais for you to choose from so long as it is a Asia/Japan specs. I picked up a RX7RR5 which is on sale for HKD4990. I had another 10% on top of the sale price as a friend had their discount card. For other apparels, they stock very limited Alpinestars stuff. I could only see some pouches, a handful of jackets and gloves. But if you are into karting, they have quite a number of selection from OMP. For apparels, I would recommend Moto Mart. Though I did not drop by due to time constraint - but was told that they have a super large collection of apparels. Listed price is the same with online prices as I was told. Hope this helps. |
