Finally,after long time waited,read this forum,got increment,all document need are complete,now can proceed for my loan,planning to take new er6n,but suddenly my friend offer his er6f 2010 for 28k,now im in dilemma,i only have 4k for down payment, what do u guys think? if 4k can take 2nd hand ah? all sifuu,please advise..

budget for monthly 500++ sikit only ok la,but the period of loan tu,if 2nd sure better coz of short term,if new sure min 5~6 year,but the problem is used one hard to get loan,pfftt....!
