Even if rm50, I don’t think you can find a touch screen calculator as shown in the video in Malaysia.

Y'know, it says quite a bit that its cheaper now to just throw together a cheapo android device with a calculator app, than to make an actual electronic calculator without an OS but all the circuits needed for the calculations.

Calculator cost is $10 but wats the cost involved for the hack?

Why don't they make it a scientific calculator and sell at a higher price, since the android board is more than capable for that

This is a rather fancy calculator for such cheap price of $10, even when it is USD. But USA always have lots of cheap goods compared to the rest of the world. As far as manufactured goods are concerned, the affordability is a totally different level to them compared to lets say Malaysian.

If such calculator is sold in Malaysia, probably cost more than RM100.

Found more link describing this, a brand new one won't be as cheap as $10, in fact, even a second hand one already sold for $23. Just as suspect, the real cost should be way higher.
