Kiara Designer Suites at MK. 3 bedroom cost about 600-650K, well maintained. Expat community. Although located at Jalan Kiara 3, but closer to Garden school. Maintenance looks top notch. OK ROI and unlikely possible to air bnb

I-Zen: 2 bedroom approx 600-650 K. Great location nx to mall. However, the most expensive of the choices I’ve listed. Lowest ROI due to the pricier units.

Appreciate your views. Want to balance between ROI and future potential
