similar situation already occurring here in this country some malay whamen for example demanding rm20k-rm40k dowry, among their justifications; - mak ayah ady sacrificed a lot raising her - to show the groom's commitment/love to the relationship - got degree/diploma (lanjiao set dowry according to academic qualifications) JeremyLord, skyblack4492, and 1 other liked this post
