New condo under SHC? Where is the exact plot of land?

So called BU8 in between BU1 and 9 bukit utama condo. 400 plus units over 50 floors, seems dense

But BU8 is the commercial building near Centrepoint

They are trying to clear developer units at 9 Bukit to fund for this i guess.

BU8 = Bandar Utama 8

8BU = 8 Bukit Utama

Are there still any vacant plot land for residential within BU? It’s been quite awhile from SHC within the vicinity.

People in Bandar utama don’t buy condos. Plenty of units left in 9BU

Completed more than 10 years already. Layout in 9BU a bit awkward compared to traditional rectangular layouts that locals are used to.

That's because BU9 units are pricey and given the big size, the maintenance ain't cheap. Better go for landed in BU instead.

9BU at 500 to 600psf is a steal already. However if compare absolute, then landed is about same price. However no security, no facilities.

Hence it’s a big challenge selling condo in BU. Need to have strong USP
