If can call insurance first if your have tow truck kun include , the rest tell the one you bang or the one bang you and go to the same balai, i mean not those balai kecil bantuan

My last accident 5 year ago doesn't work, i have accident before batu cave fly over, nearest have a lot balai but end up we both visit balai selayang after calling our insurance

You can make report at any police station. If they refuse, you just say the law allows public to make report in any station.

After you made report, the officer will call his superior which is the appropriate IO to deal with your case.

First time i know, and if i do this you sure they don't make my case much harder and more longer time needed to inspection lah, write report lah then they keep wayang and sengaja wasting your time?

They dare not. If anything the officer will kena tindakan disiplin. They cannot refuse to take your report and need to accept your report. Later, they will call the appropriate IO from other IPD/IPK to handle your case. Then only you need go record statement at that place.
